What happens to unmaintained cracks?
Cracks allow moisture penetration from rain, which erodes the base of your parking lot. As these harmful substances penetrate into the base course of the pavement, the cracks widen and eventually cause potholes. Unrepaired potholes will chip away and become more severe pavement issues. The process
Our proven process includes first cleaning all cracks with pressurized air. Vegetation and other impediments to crack sealing are cleared with a grazing wheel. Cracks are then sealed using hot-applied joint sealant that matched with highway specifications.
